30th Annual Spring Legal Seminar
Gallagher Sharp's Thirtieth Annual Spring Legal Seminar will be held on Friday, May 30, 2014, at the Embassy Suites Cleveland-Independence, 5800 Rockside Woods Blvd. (see attached Program, RSVP Form and Directions). The program will begin at 8:25 a.m. The formal presentations will end at 12:00 noon, followed by lunch at the Embassy Suites. Our program this year includes a panel titled “What’s It Worth?” It features case evaluations from the defense attorney, plaintiff attorney Ellen M. McCarthy (Nurenberg, Paris, Heller & McCarthy), and adjusters Sharon L. Bautz (Litigation Representative, Merchants Insurance Group) and John E. Gambol (Claims Specialist, Western Reserve Group), perspectives. The program also includes presentations on Social Media Lawsuits, Forensic Use of Technology in Motor Vehicle Litigation, and a Supreme Court of Ohio Update.
The Seminar has been approved by the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 3.25 CLE credit hours, including .0 hours in ethics and .0 hours in professional instruction, and has also been approved by the American Institute of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters, Insurance Institute of America (AICPCU, IIA) for 4 points under the Continuing Professional Development program for CPCUs.
