New Partner and Practice Group Manager Robert R. Terbrack
Gallagher Sharp is pleased to announce that Robert R. Terbrack has been named a Partner at the firm. Additionally, Bob will take on the role of Practice Group Manager for the firm’s Mass Tort/Toxic Tort Practice Group, after being groomed for the position during his time here as an Associate Attorney. Bob represents businesses, insurance companies and individuals in a wide variety of civil litigation, particularly matters involving mass tort/toxic tort and commercial transportation. He has presented to other defense counsel regarding effective strategies used at trial in successfully defending asbestos claims.
Prior to joining Gallagher Sharp Bob was a Judicial Staff Attorney for the Hon. Daniel Gaul, Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas. After serving as Judge Gaul’s Staff Attorney, Bob practiced at a well known plaintiff’s firm in Cleveland that focuses on asbestos litigation. Bob brings both his knowledge of the court system from the inside as well as his experience litigating asbestos claims from Plaintiff’s counsel’s perspective to the Mass Tort Practice Group here at Gallagher Sharp.
Bob received his law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law where he served as the Business Editor for the Cleveland State Law Review and participated on the law school's moot court team. Prior to law school, Bob earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland. When not at work, Bob can be found with his wife Sheila playing with their two daughters.
