Gallagher Sharp is pleased to announce that Steven A. Keslar and Drew D. Price have been elected partners.

Steven A. Keslar, Esq.

Located in Gallagher Sharp’s Columbus office, Mr. Keslar is a member of the General Litigation, Insurance, and Appellate practice groups. Steven Keslar is a Partner in the Columbus office with a broad litigation practice in general civil litigation, defending individuals, businesses, insurance carriers, and their insureds against claims involving personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death. He has experience in a wide variety of civil litigation, including premises liability, auto, municipal liability and Section 1983 civil rights defense, commercial disputes, product liability, fire loss, and construction defect. He has represented clients in trial and appellate courts throughout Ohio and in Federal Court.

Mr. Keslar received his law degree, with High Distinction, from Ohio Northern College of Law and his undergraduate degree, with High Distinction, from Ohio Northern University.  He is a member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys. Steven has been recognized as a Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine since.

Drew D. Price, Esq.

Located in Gallagher Sharp’s Columbus office, Mr. Price is a member of the General Litigation, Transportation, and Insurance Practice Groups.  He has extensive experience litigating a variety of cases, including complex commercial, personal injury, premises liability, fraud, fire/water loss, insurance bad faith and breach of contract claims.  He has a particular focus on matters involving the trucking industry and devotes much of his practice to defending motor carriers and their drivers after serious truck accidents.  He has tried numerous cases to verdict, and has appeared before the PUCO and Arbitration Forums, Inc.   Mr. Price serves as an OCLRE Mock Trial Judge, and as a Presenter and Mock Trial Judge for Street Law.

Mr. Price received his law degree from Case Western University School of Law, and his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from The Ohio State University.  He is a member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, the American and Ohio State Bar Associations, and the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys.
