Joe Pappalardo and Tim Roth Teach at CLM’s Claims College, School of Transportation

Joe Pappalardo and Tim Roth were on the faculty of the 2019 Claims and Litigation Management Alliance’s (CLM) Claims College, School of Transportation in Baltimore.  Joe, who is Co-Dean of CLM’s School of Transportation and Co-Chair of the Transportation Committee, taught a Course Level II class on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and a Course Level III class on the Reptile Theory.  Tim, who is on the Executive Council for CLM’s School of Transportation Level I,  taught classes in Evaluating Liability and Evaluating Damages in commercial motor vehicle claims.  Joe and Tim are trial attorneys who focus their practice on the representation of trucking companies and their drivers following major truck accidents, including 24/7 rapid response.  They defend motor carriers, drivers and their insurers throughout the State of Ohio in claims and lawsuits involving wrongful death, personal injury, property damage and cargo claim liability and serve as National Counsel for top-10 trucking company.
