We are pleased to announce that Joseph Monroe, II, has been named a Partner. Joe is a member of the General Litigation and Transportation practice groups, defending public and private companies, individuals, and insurance carriers facing litigation involving property damage, personal injury and wrongful death. He has experience with claims involving premises liability, employer intentional tort, and auto accident liability, along with a wide variety of other civil litigation. He also investigates and defends commercial transportation accidents in the maritime industry.
Joe is a member of the 2019-2020 Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association Leadership Academy, the National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association (NRRDA), and the Ohio State and West Shore Bar Associations. He is certified in Basic Mediation and is a former Foreclosure Mediator and Staff Attorney, Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas. Joe spent two years as an Instructor at the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in Beijing, China, and currently volunteers as a CYO coach at Holy Trinity Parish.
