Having been practicing law in the state of Ohio for nearly a decade, Partner Bob Terbrackis now also officially licensed to practice in the State of Michigan after being sworn in last week. While a focus of his practice involves mass tort and toxic torts, his litigation experience includes commercial transportation, particularly in the railroad and maritime industries, as well as auto accident liability, construction claims, and employment-related issues. Bob is also the firm’s Mass Tort/Toxic Tort Practice Group Manager. Prior to joining Gallagher Sharp, Bob practiced at a well-known plaintiff’s firm in Cleveland that focuses on asbestos litigation and brings his experience litigating claims from Plaintiff’s counsel’s perspective to his practice group.  Prior to that, Bob served as Staff Attorney in the Cuyahoga Court of Common Pleas, assisting the Court in managing its civil docket and often facilitating the resolution of contentious suits.  Bob uses this experience to provide his clients with the inside information on how courts are likely to handle civil litigation.
