Employer Intentional Tort+

Gallagher Sharp’s workers’ compensation attorneys have long experience managing workers’ compensation and VSSR claims involving allowance, disability (temporary total, permanent partial, wage loss and permanent total disability), compensation, and treatment issues for both state-fund and self-insured employers with Ohio-based employees. 

We have handled claims in every office of the Industrial Commission of Ohio, all Ohio courts, and have tried workers’ compensation cases to verdict for employers in a wide variety of industries.
