Drew D. Price

Drew Price has extensive experience litigating a variety of cases, including complex commercial, personal injury, premises liability, fraud, fire/water loss, and breach of contract claims. He has represented public and private companies, insurance providers, and individuals, both as plaintiffs and defendants, in state and federal courts, and has tried numerous cases to verdict. Drew has a particular focus on matters involving trucking and devotes much of his practice to the defense of motor carriers and their drivers after serious truck accidents.

Sarah V. Beaubien

Sarah Beaubien focuses her practice on general liability claims and transportation litigation, including maritime and trucking. She defends businesses, insurance carriers, and individuals against claims involving personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, employer intentional tort, products liability, fire loss, and motor vehicle accidents. She also investigates, provides rapid response for, and defends commercial transportation accidents in the maritime and trucking industries.

Liz R. Phillips

 Liz Phillips defends businesses, insurance carriers, and individuals against claims alleging personal injury, property damage, occupational injury, and wrongful death.  Her experience includes auto accidents, premises liability, and other tort litigation.

Adam P. Sadowski

Adam Sadowski began his career at Gallagher Sharp and rejoined the firm after spending four plus years as an Assistant Attorney General in the Michigan Department of Attorney General, most recently in the Complex Litigation Division.  He has experience in a wide variety of litigation, including class actions, civil rights, no-fault PIP, intentional torts, tax appeals, bankruptcy, collections, premises liability, insurance coverage, legal malpractice, and railroad defense.

Robert A. Pleines

Bob Pleines defends businesses, insurance carriers, and individuals against claims alleging personal injury, property damage, occupational injury, and wrongful death. His experience includes trucking and auto accidents, environmental law, and medical malpractice.  Bob is a logistics officer in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.

Adam C. Zwicker

The primary focus of Adam's practice involves the defense of commercial transportation litigation.  Adam has specific experience representing members of the trucking industry in personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death claims arising from commercial motor vehicle accidents, and defending cargo claims under the Carmack Amendment. His experience also encompasses a wide range of general civil litigation, including first and third-party (PIP) auto accidents, premises liability, pharmacy malpractice, and claims involving insurance coverage and indemnity.

Robert P. Lynch

Bob Lynch defends businesses, insurance carriers, and individuals against personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death claims. He has tried cases in a wide variety of civil litigation, including premises liability, auto and trucking accidents, products liability, and construction. He also has a great deal of experience with claims involving municipalities and political subdivisions, as well defending section 1983 civil rights actions.
