Clark D. Rice

An experienced trial attorney, Clark Rice represents clients in construction litigation, property damage, bodily injury, and other civil litigation.  He has experience with complex construction defect claims involving the interests of contractors, sub-contractors and owners.

Adam C. Zwicker

The primary focus of Adam's practice involves the defense of commercial transportation litigation.  Adam has specific experience representing members of the trucking industry in personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death claims arising from commercial motor vehicle accidents, and defending cargo claims under the Carmack Amendment. His experience also encompasses a wide range of general civil litigation, including first and third-party (PIP) auto accidents, premises liability, pharmacy malpractice, and claims involving insurance coverage and indemnity.

Robert P. Lynch

Bob Lynch defends businesses, insurance carriers, and individuals against personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death claims. He has tried cases in a wide variety of civil litigation, including premises liability, auto and trucking accidents, products liability, and construction. He also has a great deal of experience with claims involving municipalities and political subdivisions, as well defending section 1983 civil rights actions.

James T. Tyminski

Jim Tyminski joined Gallagher Sharp as an Associate in March of 1999 after working as a claims adjuster in the insurance industry. He became a Partner in 2005.

Sheila A. McKeon

A Partner with Gallagher Sharp since 1998, Sheila McKeon represents businesses, insurance companies, municipalities, and individuals in claims alleging personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death in the state and federal courts in Ohio and Michigan. A focus of her practice involves employer liability, employment discrimination claims, and employer intentional tort litigation. She also defends railway companies in matters involving rail accidents, FELA claims and occupational injuries, grade crossings, condemnation, and eminent domain.

Shane A. Lawson

Shane Lawson is a partner at Gallagher Sharp who focuses his practice on representing attorneys in complex legal malpractice litigation and disciplinary proceedings. Shane also counsels and represents businesses and insurers in claims involving fire loss, and defends clients in construction disputes and personal injury cases in state and federal court.

Larry C. Greathouse

Larry Greathouse is a Partner at Gallagher Sharp and is active in the General Litigation and Insurance Practice Groups.  He has served as trial counsel in numerous cases involving a wide variety of issues, including negligence, insurance coverage, bad faith, professional liability, building construction, and breach of contract. He has been selected as an arbitrator/mediator by courts and private parties, and has served as legal counsel in well over 100 trials, mediations and arbitrations.  He has served as legal counsel in approximately 30 reported appellate decisions.
