Robert P. Lynch

Bob Lynch defends businesses, insurance carriers, and individuals against personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death claims. He has tried cases in a wide variety of civil litigation, including premises liability, auto and trucking accidents, products liability, and construction. He also has a great deal of experience with claims involving municipalities and political subdivisions, as well defending section 1983 civil rights actions.

Sachin V. Java

A particular focus of Sachin Java's practice involves professional liability litigation, including defending attorneys in legal malpractice actions. He also has experience in complex commercial litigation, general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, mass torts (asbestos), FDA and health law.

Danielle M. Haberstroh

Danielle Haberstroh is a Partner, whose practice predominantly revolves around the insurance industry, including first and third-party auto negligence and PIP claims.  She defends insurers in fraud, bad faith, arson and water damage litigation, and counsels on coverage disputes and policy language. Her experience also includes commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and medical malpractice. Early in her career, Danielle served as in-house counsel for Michigan Basic Property Insurance Association and the Auto Club Insurance Association.

Robert R. Terbrack

Bob Terbrack is a Partner and the Mass Tort/Toxic Tort Practice Group Manager.  He represents businesses, insurance companies, and individuals in a wide variety of civil litigation, particularly matters involving mass tort/toxic tort and commercial transportation.  Prior to joining Gallagher Sharp, Bob practiced at a well known plaintiff’s firm in Cleveland that focuses on asbestos litigation.  He brings both his knowledge of the court system from the inside as a former Staff Attorney as well as his experience litigating asbestos claims from Plaintiff’s counsel’s perspective to the Mass Tor

Paul D. Galea

Paul Galea joined Gallagher Sharp as a Partner in August of 2014.  His practice primarily involves defending commercial shipping companies, marinas and private pleasure boat owners and operators in all forms of maritime matters including, personal injury under the Jones Act, Death on the High Seas Act (DOHSA), Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act (LHWCA), as well as injuries to passengers, longshoremen, seamen, wharehousemen, and marina employees.

Joseph W. Pappalardo

A lawyer at Gallagher Sharp since 1980 and a Partner since 1987, Mr. Pappalardo is a trial attorney who represents public and private companies, insurance carriers and individuals in cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, employer intentional torts, industrial accidents, cargo and property damage.  He has litigated and tried cases in a wide variety of industries, including trucking, automobile, motorcycles, hand and power tools, aviation and automatic pedestrian doors.

Matthew T. Norman

Matt Norman joined Gallagher Sharp as an Associate in 2006 after a successful career as an Assistant Prosecutor for both the city and county government. He gained significant trial experience prosecuting felony offenses and also argued before the Supreme Court of Ohio.

Sheila A. McKeon

A Partner with Gallagher Sharp since 1998, Sheila McKeon represents businesses, insurance companies, municipalities, and individuals in claims alleging personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death in the state and federal courts in Ohio and Michigan. A focus of her practice involves employer liability, employment discrimination claims, and employer intentional tort litigation. She also defends railway companies in matters involving rail accidents, FELA claims and occupational injuries, grade crossings, condemnation, and eminent domain.

Thomas J. Cabral

Mark A. Greer

Mark Greer has been a Partner at Gallagher Sharp since 1997.  He is the Product Liability Practice Group Manager and is active in the firm’s General Litigation, Insurance, and Mass Tort Practice Groups.  He defends businesses and insurance carriers in personal injury and wrongful death cases arising out of automobile, industrial and construction accidents, and in commercial economic loss cases.
