Maia E. Jerin

Maia focuses her practice on the defense of professionals in civil litigation, including attorneys and other professionals. Prior to Maia’s legal career, she worked as a real estate marketing and sales executive in Naples, Florida.  She uses this experience in her representation of real estate agents, brokers, and firms. Maia also defends businesses, employers, and managers against claims of discrimination and ADA violations, in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.

Paul D. Galea

Paul Galea joined Gallagher Sharp as a Partner in August of 2014.  His practice primarily involves defending commercial shipping companies, marinas and private pleasure boat owners and operators in all forms of maritime matters including, personal injury under the Jones Act, Death on the High Seas Act (DOHSA), Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act (LHWCA), as well as injuries to passengers, longshoremen, seamen, wharehousemen, and marina employees.

Matthew T. Norman

Matt Norman joined Gallagher Sharp as an Associate in 2006 after a successful career as an Assistant Prosecutor for both the city and county government. He gained significant trial experience prosecuting felony offenses and also argued before the Supreme Court of Ohio.

Scott A. Norcross

After practicing at another Cleveland area firm for ten years, Scott Norcross joined Gallagher Sharp as a Partner in 2014. He is Gallagher Sharp’s Business & Employment Practice Group Manager and represents businesses in commercial litigation, and lending institutions in workouts, foreclosures and bankruptcy matters.

Steven D. Strang

Steven Strang has a broad litigation practice and defends individuals and corporations in contractual disputes, premises liability actions, and personal injury claims.  He has a decade of litigation experience and has tried cases to verdict as first chair in courts throughout Ohio. 

Timothy T. Brick

Tim Brick is Gallagher Sharp's Managing Partner and is active in the firm's Professional Liability and Business & Employment Practice Groups.  He successfully defends attorneys in matters alleging malpractice, and violations of the FDCPA and other consumer protection statutes.  He assists in grievance and disciplinary procedures, and at the pre-claim stage.  He also represents real estate professionals and accountants in E&O claims and employers in wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, and breach of contract suits.  Tim lectures extensively with respect to legal m
