Don Drinko’s practice consists of the representation of state fund and self-insured employers before the Industrial Commission of Ohio and representing insurance companies and their insureds in extra-contractual liability matters. Since 2009, he has been certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Workers’ Compensation Specialist. He has over 25 years of workers’ compensation experience and has handled in excess of 5,000 administrative hearings concerning allowance, treatment, compensation, disability (including permanent disability), and subrogation. Don has tried more than 30 workers’ compensation court appeals to juries throughout Ohio, and has argued workers’ compensation appeals before the First, Eighth, Ninth, and Eleventh District Courts of Appeals.
