Mark Greer has been a Partner at Gallagher Sharp since 1997. He is the Product Liability Practice Group Manager and is also active in the firm’s General Litigation, Insurance, and Mass Tort Practice Groups. He defends businesses and insurance carriers in personal injury and wrongful death cases arising out of automobile, industrial and construction accidents, and in commercial economic loss cases. Mark also represents insurance carriers in coverage actions, bad faith suits, property claims, and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims. He counsels clients before suit on a variety of issues, including the duties to defend and indemnify, priority of coverage, investigation of claims, and the avoidance of bad faith.
