Matt Smartnick devotes his practice to defending motor carriers and their drivers in all aspects of litigation. Matt is also part of Gallagher Sharp’s rapid response team and handles investigations surrounding major accidents involving commercial motor vehicles.  His experience also includes municipal liability, products liability, and creditor’s rights. Matt is admitted to practice in both Ohio and Michigan.
