Robert R. Terbrack Overview

Bob Terbrack is a Partner and the Mass Tort/Toxic Tort Practice Group Manager. He represents businesses, insurance companies, and individuals facing a variety of litigation involving property damage, personal injury, and wrongful death. While a focus of his practice involves mass tort and toxic torts, his litigation experience includes commercial transportation accidents, particularly in the railroad and maritime industries, as well as auto accident liability and construction claims.

Prior to joining Gallagher Sharp, Bob practiced at a well-known plaintiff’s firm in Cleveland that focuses on asbestos litigation, and brings his experience litigating claims from the Plaintiff’s perspective to his practice group. Prior to that, Bob served as Staff Attorney in the Cuyahoga Court of Common Pleas, assisting the Court in managing its civil docket and often facilitating the resolution of contentious suits. Bob uses this experience to provide his clients with the inside information on how courts are likely to handle civil litigation.
