Jody Perkins Ryan

Jody Ryan is responsible for the oversight and defense of her client’s workers’ compensation matters. Iva M. Cindric

Iva Cindric practices in the area of general litigation, with a primary focus on post-trial proceedings and appellate practice.  She devotes a majority of her practice to prosecuting and defending appeals at the state and federal levels. Iva also represents businesses, individuals, and insurance companies in a variety of civil litigation matters.  Prior to joining Gallagher Sharp, Iva clerked for the Honorable Timothy P. Cannon of the Ohio Court of Appeals, Eleventh District.  Iva was a Registered Nurse in a Cleveland hospital prior to her legal career.

An experienced trial attorney, Clark Rice represents clients in construction litigation, property damage, bodily injury, and other civil litigation.  He has experience with complex construction defect claims involving the interests of contractors, sub-contractors and owners.

Robert J. Koeth

Paige M. Rabatin

Paige is an Associate in Gallagher Sharp’s Cleveland office and a member of the firm’s Business & Employment, Professional Liability, and Appellate Practice Groups. Originally from Parkersburg, West Virginia, she joined Gallagher Sharp’s Columbus office as a law clerk while completing her law degree. Paige was the Student Bar Association’s Wellness Chair at the Moritz College of Law and was involved in planning mental and physical health events.

Christopher C. Razek

Chris is an Associate in Gallagher Sharp’s Cleveland office and a member of the firm’s Transportation and Insurance Practice Groups.  He originally joined Gallagher Sharp’s Columbus office as a law clerk while completing his law degree. In law school, Chris served as the Managing Editor of The Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law and served as an extern to the Honorable Magistrate Judge Terence P. Kemp of the Southern District of Ohio.
