Bradley N. Ouambo

Brad Ouambo joined Gallagher Sharp in 2017.  He represents businesses and individuals in a variety of civil litigation. His experience includes litigation involving personal injury, auto and commercial trucking accidents, and railroad occupational injury.

Rema A. Ina

Rema Ina joined Gallagher Sharp in August of 2017.  She defends employers in cases involving employment law issues. She represents insurance carriers in coverage and defense matters, and also has experience in the areas of Medical Malpractice and Workers’ Compensation. Early in her career she was an Assistant Attorney General representing the citizens of Ohio in workers’ compensation and employment lawsuits.

Joseph Monroe-II

Joe Monroe joined Gallagher Sharp in March of 2017 after serving as a Staff Attorney to the Hon. Carolyn B. Friedland, Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas.  He defends public and private companies, individuals, and insurance carriers facing litigation involving property damage, personal injury and wrongful death, premises liability, auto accident liability, employer intentional tort, along with a wide variety of other civil litigation. Joe also investigates and defends commercial transportation accidents in the maritime industry.

Brooke L. Hamilton

Brooke Hamilton joined Gallagher Sharp in 2016.  She defends commercial motor carriers and their insurers in claims involving personal injury, wrongful death and property damage.   Brooke has experience defending railroads in personal injury, wrongful death and FELA litigation, including asbestos and mass/toxic tort claims.  Brooke also defends attorneys in malpractice actions and disciplinary matters.  

J. Philip Nester

Phil Nester joined Gallagher Sharp in March of 2016. He defends commercial motor carriers and their insurers in claims and lawsuits involving wrongful death, personal injury, and property damage. His experience also involves insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.  Prior to joining Gallagher Sharp, Phil was a claims examiner in the insurance industry.

R. Scott Heasley

Scott Heasley joined Gallagher Sharp in February of 2016.  His practice involves premises liability, trucking cargo and towing/storage charge claims, and complex commercial litigation in the real estate, construction and banking industries.  He also advises corporate clients on growth strategies and succession planning.  Prior to his legal career, Scott worked as a Public Relations representative for the Cleveland Clinic.
