Cleveland Office

Paige M. Rabatin

Paige is an Associate in Gallagher Sharp’s Cleveland office and a member of the firm’s Business & Employment, Professional Liability, and Appellate Practice Groups. Originally from Parkersburg, West Virginia, she joined Gallagher Sharp’s Columbus office as a law clerk while completing her law degree. Paige was the Student Bar Association’s Wellness Chair at the Moritz College of Law and was involved in planning mental and physical health events.

Christopher C. Razek

Chris is an Associate in Gallagher Sharp’s Cleveland office and a member of the firm’s Transportation and Insurance Practice Groups.  He originally joined Gallagher Sharp’s Columbus office as a law clerk while completing his law degree. In law school, Chris served as the Managing Editor of The Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law and served as an extern to the Honorable Magistrate Judge Terence P. Kemp of the Southern District of Ohio.

Robert A. Pleines

Bob Pleines defends businesses, insurance carriers, and individuals against claims alleging personal injury, property damage, occupational injury, and wrongful death. His experience includes trucking and auto accidents, environmental law, and medical malpractice.  Bob is a logistics officer in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.

Craig A. McClelland

Alan M. Petrov

Alan Petrov became Of Counsel in September of 2016 after spending his entire career at Gallagher Sharp.  He is a former Partner and Managing Partner who is active in Gallagher Sharp’s Professional Liability, Appellate and Insurance Practice Groups. His trial experience is not confined to legal malpractice and insurance trials, but extends to wrongful death and injury claims, probate disputes, medical malpractice, products liability, and governmental liability. As an appellate attorney, Alan argued before the Supreme Court of Ohio, the U.S.

Robert P. Lynch

Bob Lynch defends businesses, insurance carriers, and individuals against personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death claims. He has tried cases in a wide variety of civil litigation, including premises liability, auto and trucking accidents, products liability, and construction. He also has a great deal of experience with claims involving municipalities and political subdivisions, as well defending section 1983 civil rights actions.

Sachin V. Java

A particular focus of Sachin Java's practice involves professional liability litigation, including defending attorneys in legal malpractice actions. He also has experience in complex commercial litigation, general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, mass torts (asbestos), FDA and health law.
