Brooke Hamilton is a first year attorney at Gallagher Sharp.

J. Philip Nester

Phil Nester joined Gallagher Sharp in March of 2016. He defends commercial motor carriers and their insurers in claims and lawsuits involving wrongful death, personal injury, and property damage. His experience also involves insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.  Prior to joining Gallagher Sharp, Phil was a claims examiner in the insurance industry.

R. Scott Heasley

Scott Heasley joined Gallagher Sharp in February of 2016.  His practice involves premises liability and complex commercial litigation in the real estate, construction and banking industries.  He also advises corporate clients on growth strategies and succession planning.  Prior to his legal career, Scott worked as a Public Relations representative for the Cleveland Clinic.

Robert R. Terbrack

Bob Terbrack joined Gallagher Sharp in December 2015. He represents businesses, insurance companies and individuals in a wide variety of civil litigation, particularly matters involving mass tort/toxic tort.  His experience also includes commercial litigation.

Maia E. Jerin

Maia joined Gallagher Sharp in 2014. Her practice focuses on the defense of professionals in civil litigation, including attorneys and other professionals. Prior to Maia’s legal career, she worked as a real estate marketing and sales executive in Naples, Florida.  She uses this experience in her representation of real estate agents, brokers, and firms. Maia also defends businesses, employers, and managers against claims of discrimination and ADA violations, in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.

Robert D. Boroff

Rob Boroff joined Gallagher Sharp in 2014 and was named a partner in September of 2016.  He defends national and international motor carriers, freight brokers, rail intermodal terminal service companies, and logistics providers involved in catastrophic commercial transportation accidents. Rob also devotes a portion of his practice to defending manufacturers, general contractors and subcontractors in claims involving product defects, breach of contract, commercial disputes and personal injury.
