Todd M. Jackett

Todd Jackett concentrates his practice on professional liability defense, defending lawyers, accountants, and financial professionals in malpractice litigation and disciplinary proceedings. He represents and defends employers from claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Family Medical Leave Act, ERISA and all other state and federal anti-discrimination/retaliation statutes.  He also represents and defends companies in various legal disputes, including contractual matters, complex business disputes, and corporate compliance.

David J. Hearty

David Hearty is an associate attorney who focuses his practice on defending lawyers and other professionals against professional liability claims.  He also focuses his practice on appellate matters.  David is experienced in defending businesses and insurers in a wide variety of matters, including legal malpractice, product liability, defamation, real estate, among others.

Eric S. Faulkner

Eric Faulkner is a member of Gallagher Sharp’s General Litigation Practice Group.  He defends businesses, insurance carriers, and individuals against claims alleging personal injury, property damage, occupational injury, and wrongful death. He has experience in several areas including construction, bankruptcy, medical malpractice, real estate, contract disputes, and appellate matters.

 Liz Phillips defends businesses, insurance carriers, and individuals against claims alleging personal injury, property damage, occupational injury, and wrongful death.  Her experience includes auto accidents, premises liability, and other tort litigation.

Nicholas G. Anhold

Nick is an Associate in Gallagher Sharp’s Cleveland office and a member of the firm’s Professional Liability, Business & Employment, and General Litigation Practice Groups. Nick is a Northeast Ohio native who joined Gallagher Sharp as a law clerk while completing his degree.

Jody Perkins Ryan

Jody Ryan is responsible for the oversight and defense of her client’s workers’ compensation matters. From the initial investigation to resolution, she not only handles the administrative hearings on compensability, extent of disability, occupational disease, treatment and wage issues, permanent total disability and violations of safety requirements, but also represents her clients when litigation proceeds to Ohio’s courts.
