Adam P. Sadowski

Adam Sadowski began his career at Gallagher Sharp and rejoined the firm after spending four plus years as an Assistant Attorney General in the Michigan Department of Attorney General, most recently in the Complex Litigation Division.  He has experience in a wide variety of litigation, including class actions, civil rights, no-fault PIP, intentional torts, tax appeals, bankruptcy, collections, premises liability, insurance coverage, legal malpractice, and railroad defense.

Joseph J. McDonnell

Joseph (Jerry) McDonnell handles litigation in both federal and state courts and provides advice to clients on various aspects of railroad, transportation and logistics law.  He represents railroads in all aspects of personal injury litigation, including claims under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA), occupational/repetitive stress actions, trespasser claims, grade crossing accidents, property damage claims, freight loss and damage claims, collection of freight charges, revising and interpreting agreements involving railroad real estate (including sidetracks, rights of way for pip

Mary Colette O'Donnell

Mary C. O’Donnell focuses her practice on commercial transportation litigation. She represents several railroad clients in rail accidents, personal injury, wrongful death, FELA and occupational/repetitive stress injuries, grade crossings, property damage, employment, eminent domain, and other commercial matters.  She has presented before the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel (“NARTC”), The Association of American Railroads ("AAR"), as well as at Railroad Occupational Claims meetings.

Adam C. Zwicker

The primary focus of Adam's practice involves the defense of commercial transportation litigation.  Adam has specific experience representing members of the trucking industry in personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death claims arising from commercial motor vehicle accidents, and defending cargo claims under the Carmack Amendment. His experience also encompasses a wide range of general civil litigation, including first and third-party (PIP) auto accidents, premises liability, pharmacy malpractice, and claims involving insurance coverage and indemnity.

Jamie Lynn McCutcheon

A particular focus of Jamie McCutcheon's practice is first and third-party auto negligence and PIP litigation, including catastrophic PIP. She also has experience in insurance subrogation. Prior to joining Gallagher Sharp, Jamie served as House Counsel and on the Catastrophic/Large Loss Team for The Auto Club Group, where she gained extensive experience interacting with the MCCA.

Danielle M. Haberstroh

Danielle Haberstroh is a Partner, whose practice predominantly revolves around the insurance industry, including first and third-party auto negligence and PIP claims.  She defends insurers in fraud, bad faith, arson and water damage litigation, and counsels on coverage disputes and policy language. Her experience also includes commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and medical malpractice. Early in her career, Danielle served as in-house counsel for Michigan Basic Property Insurance Association and the Auto Club Insurance Association.

Elizabeth R. Reno

A focus of Partner Beth Reno's practice is defending No-Fault auto negligence claims, including catastrophic PIP. She also defends businesses, insurance carriers and insureds against premises liability, construction indemnity, personal injury, property damage and wrongful death claims.

David R. Baxter

Dave Baxter joined Gallagher Sharp in 2015.  For over 30 years, the majority of his practice has revolved around the aviation industry.  He defends Part 121 carriers, Part 135 operators and Part 91 aircraft owners, airports, and pilots of all ratings in personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, product liability, premises liability, cargo, and regulatory litigation.

Paul D. Galea

Paul Galea joined Gallagher Sharp as a Partner in August of 2014.  His practice primarily involves defending commercial shipping companies, marinas and private pleasure boat owners and operators in all forms of maritime matters including, personal injury under the Jones Act, Death on the High Seas Act (DOHSA), Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act (LHWCA), as well as injuries to passengers, longshoremen, seamen, wharehousemen, and marina employees.
