Overview
Liz Phillips focuses her practice on construction and general litigation, bringing strategic insight to complex construction disputes. She represents construction and design professionals, including general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers in litigation involving project delays, cost overruns, construction defects, breaches of contract, liability issues, and Ohio’s consumer protection laws. Her extensive construction experience includes handling claims related to commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects, from foundation issues to structural failures.
A graduate of Ladder Down Cleveland’s leadership program, Liz now serves on their executive committee, where she helps advance professional development and leadership opportunities for women attorneys.
