Overview
Teri Richthammer is a partner who defends malpractice claims against attorneys and physicians and negligence claims against title agents, insurance professionals, and home health agencies. Teri represents clients in Ohio trial and appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of Ohio, and defends Veterinarians before the Ohio Veterinary Medical License Board. She provides pre-claim assistance in malpractice cases, represents attorneys in grievance and discipline matters, and speaks on professional liability and ethics issues. Teri’s experience also includes catastrophic personal injury and property loss claims involving a wide variety of industries.
