Overview
Rachael is a member of the firm’s General Litigation, Professional Liability and Transportation practice groups. Her practice focuses on representing businesses, insurance companies, and individuals in matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage. She also represents members of the railroad, trucking and maritime industries in claims arising from commercial transportation accidents.
