Patrick joins the firms Business and Employment, and General Litigation practice groups, where he brings extensive employment litigation experience defending clients in discrimination and civil rights cases before administrative agencies and courts at all levels. He previously served as a Staff Attorney in the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights and advises both public and private entities on employment policies, regulatory compliance, and workplace investigations.
