Linda Italiano Gorcyzynski

Linda is passionate about advocating for students with disabilities and their rights to services in the school setting.  She has an extensive background in the field of special education law, on behalf of both families and school districts, which allows her a great perspective in understanding and ultimately resolving disputes.  Her experience includes advising families on their rights, representation at IEP and 504 meetings, mediations, due process representation, ETR meetings and disciplinary hearings.  Linda also assists families in securing guardianships where necessary to protect students as they reach adulthood.
