Amily “Ami” Imbrogno Joins Gallagher Sharp as Partner

We are pleased to announce that Amily “Ami” Imbrogno has joined the firm’s Cleveland office as a Partner in the Business & Employment and General Litigation practice groups.

Ami brings extensive experience representing governmental entities, businesses, and individuals in complex matters of public and private law. Her practice encompasses employment and labor law, governmental tort liability, Ohio Sunshine Laws, local government law, energy law and regulation, and non-profit law. She regularly defends employers in litigation and before the EEOC and Ohio Civil Rights Commission, and advises clients on workplace policies, compliance, and best practices.

Ami is board certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy — the only organization accredited by the American Bar Association to certify attorneys in civil advocacy. Her appellate experience is equally distinguished, with representation before Ohio appellate courts, the Ohio Supreme Court, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

A Ladder Down Cleveland alumna, Ami is also an active member of the Defense Research Institute’s Civil Rights & Government Liability and Appellate Skills Steering Committee, where she serves as Chair of the Partnering with Industry Subcommittee, and a member of the Northern Ohio Italian American Foundation’s Cultural Committee.
