Gallagher Sharp is pleased to announce that Joseph S. Center and Adam C. Zwicker have been elected partners.

Located in Gallagher Sharp’s Toledo office, Mr. Center focuses on representing trucking companies, recreational boaters, and employers in cases and claims involving personal injury, property damage, occupational injury, and wrongful death. His experience also includes general civil litigation, appellate advocacy, insurance defense, railroad and maritime litigation.

Located in Gallagher Sharp’s Detroit office, Mr. Zwicker focuses his practice on the defense of commercial transportation litigation. Adam has specific experience representing members of the trucking industry in personal injury, property damage, as well as wrongful death claims arising from commercial motor vehicle accidents, and defending cargo claims under the Carmack Amendment. His experience also encompasses a wide range of general civil litigation, including first and third-party (PIP) auto accidents, premises liability, and insurance coverage and indemnity claims. He also represents railroads and maritime carriers in property damage and personal injury matters.
