Monica Sansalone has been admitted into the Fellowship of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA).  Fellows are selected and invited into Fellowship after being evaluated for effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation and trial work, along with ethical reputation. The LCA is a diverse, invitation-only honorary society that recognizes excellence among American litigation and trial counsel across all segments of the bar. 

Monica is the Practice Group Manager of Gallagher Sharp’s Professional Liability Group and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. She represents lawyers in grievance proceedings, both at the state level and before federal administrative agencies.  She also defends lawyers against malpractice claims, and in contempt and sanctions proceedings. She provides representation in trial courts and on appeal, including matters before the Supreme Court of Ohio.  She lectures on ethics, malpractice, and professionalism. She has been a partner at Gallagher Sharp since 2003 and is also a member of the firm’s Appellate Practice Group.
