Monica Sansalone Instructs on Conduct in Court and Depositions

Monica Sansalone presented “Conduct in Court and Depositions:  Lawyers Behaving Badly,” for the 2019 Federal Court Practice Update at the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association on June 14, 2019.  Attendance at the federal court update is required for anyone seeking admission to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio.  Monica frequently lectures on ethics, malpractice, and professionalism and is the Practice Group Manager for Gallagher Sharp’s Professional Liability Practice.  She represents lawyers in grievance proceedings, defends them against malpractice claims, and provides counsel for risk management matters, pre-suit evaluation, and claim repair.
