Rich Rezie and Steven Strang Discuss Appeals at CLM’s Northeast Ohio Chapter Event

Gallagher Sharp’s Rich Rezie and Steven Strang presented “Successfully Preparing an Appeal Begins in the Trial Court: How not to Strikeout,” at the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance’s Northeast Ohio Chapter Education and Networking Event at Progressive Field on August 13, 2019.  Rich began with a lecture on making and preserving the record to facilitate a successful appeal, which was followed by a panel discussion on the appellate process.  Panelist Dave Jarrett, Assistant Vice President-Legal Counsel, Western Reserve Group, provided a claims perspective during the discussion, with Gallagher Sharp’s Steven Strang provided the trial attorney perspective and Rich Rezie providing the appellate attorney perspective.
