Tim’s practice focuses on the representation of trucking companies and their drivers following major truck accidents and includes engaging in 24/7 rapid response to truck accidents. He defends motor carriers, drivers and their insurers throughout the State of Ohio in claims and lawsuits involving wrongful death, personal injury, property damage and cargo claim liability. Tim also serves as National Counsel for a number of his trucking clients and has litigated trucking cases in a multitude of state and Federal jurisdictions across the country. He is on the Faculty of the CLM Claims College School of Transportation and the claimsXchange Transportation Claims Academy, and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA).
