
Drew D. Price Overview
Drew Price has extensive experience litigating a variety of cases, including complex commercial, personal injury, premises liability, fraud, fire/water loss, and breach of contract claims. He represents public and private companies, insurance providers, and individuals in state and federal courts, and has tried numerous cases to verdict. Drew has a particular focus on matters involving trucking and devotes much of his practice to the defense of motor carriers and their drivers after serious truck accidents. He also defends insurance carriers in litigation involving bad faith and extra-contractual issues. Drew’s experience includes matters pending before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio and Arbitration Forums, Inc. Prior to joining Gallagher Sharp, Drew served as in-house trial counsel for a Fortune 100 insurance company.
