James P. Gruber Overview

Jim Gruber’s practice covers a broad range of services in the area of estates, trusts, probate administration, and guardianship work. His practice includes the preparation of estate, gift and personal, and fiduciary incomes tax returns. Jim is well experienced in developing strategies for the transfer of wealth, including general estate, charitable gift, generation-skipping tax, and business succession planning, and he prepares wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, antenuptial agreements, Crummey trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, family limited partnerships, limited liability companies, charitable remainder trusts, buy-sell agreements, and other estate planning related documents. Jim’s practice also encompasses business formations, dissolutions and sales, performs contract reviews, and handles commercial and residential real estate sales and leases.
