Overview
Partner Jim Tyminski joined Gallagher Sharp after working as a claims adjuster in the insurance industry. He represents businesses, insurance companies, and individuals throughout Ohio in matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage. Jim particularly focuses his practice on premises liability, dram shop, truck accidents, cargo claims, construction, fire loss, defamation, and civil assault and battery claims. Jim is a seasoned trial attorney and has argued cases in multiple appellate courts throughout Ohio.
