Overview

Joe Santoro joined Gallagher Sharp as an Associate in 1997 and was named Partner in 2004. He represents businesses, insurance companies and individuals in a wide variety of civil litigation.  He represents railroad companies in cases concerning personal injury, wrongful death, occupational injury, the FRSA, federal preemption matters, property damage, eminent domain, and condemnation issues.  Joe’s experience also includes representing clients in pre-suit contract matters as well as commercial litigation relating to breach of contract and real estate matters.
