Overview
Phillip Kelly is an Associate in Gallagher Sharp’s Columbus office and a member of the firm’s General Litigation, Insurance, Transportation, and Appellate Practice Groups. He focuses his practice on the defense of personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage claims. His experience includes complex constitutional challenges and governmental liability. Prior to joining Gallagher Sharp, Phil was an Assistant Attorney General in the Constitutional Offices Section of the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.
