Sheila A. McKeon Overview

A Partner with Gallagher Sharp since 1998, Sheila McKeon represents businesses, insurance companies, municipalities, and individuals in claims alleging personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death in the state and federal courts in Ohio and Michigan.  A focus of her practice involves employer liability, employment discrimination litigation and claims before administrative agencies including the EEOC and Ohio Civil Rights Commission, and employer intentional tort litigation. She also defends railway companies in matters involving rail accidents, FELA claims and occupational injuries, grade crossings, condemnation, and  eminent domain.
