Thomas J. Cabral

Tom Cabral is the General Litigation Practice Group Manager. After serving as a Navy judge advocate, Tom entered private practice and ultimately joined Gallagher Sharp in 1990. He has accumulated more than 30 years of experience representing corporations, insurers and individuals throughout Ohio. His extensive experience encompasses a wide variety of personal injury and property damage litigation.

Tom’s approach to litigation, claims investigation, and defense stresses commitment to client service and dispute resolution, with a strong focus on achieving desired outcomes. He is actively engaged in defending complex and large loss claims including motor vehicle, premises, fire and explosion, and telecommunications matters. As a senior partner and practice group manager, Tom works diligently to ensure the quality of legal work produced by his team, offering a cohesive client experience.
