Overview
Todd Haemmerle is the Insurance Practice Group Manager. He defends businesses, insurance carriers, and individuals against claims for breach of contract, personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death. His experience spans a broad range of practice areas including industrial workplace injuries, toxic tort claims, insurance coverage and bad faith lawsuits, construction defects, trucking and motor vehicle accidents, and commercial litigation.
